Description
Maintain live production systems, fix bugs, and build new products from scratch
Handle multiple projects at once, balancing ongoing maintenance with new development
Design systems and architecture, not just implement tickets
Lead and mentor junior developers as the team grows
Write clean code, tests, and validate your own work before pushing
Keep CI/CD pipelines and deployments healthy and reliable
Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years full-time professional development experience
Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, with React or Next.js on the frontend
Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and database design
AWS & Supabase experience preferred
Comfortable using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.), with an open mindset to adapt as AI changes software development
Experience leading or mentoring junior developers; mentoring across the SEA region is a plus
Self-organized and able to manage your own time and priorities without supervision
Based in Myanmar or Southeast Asia, fully remote, with your own reliable machine, internet, and workspace
Clear communication in English
